Our recruitment process

Registration

Upon registering with Victor Chase, you will have a dedicated consultant on hand (no matter what time of day!) who will make it their personal goal to get to know you and your career goals and ambitions in more detail.

Role research

Following our initial vetting process, we take the time to explore potential job roles that we feel are in tune with your requirements. We have an extensive client base and are extremely confident in our abilities to provide you with several opportunities that we feel would be the perfect fit for you!

Interviewing

At the interview stage, your dedicated consultant will guide you through the whole process. This includes arranging interviews at a time to suit you, providing you with the relevant preparation and guidance depending on the type of interview (technical, competency, scenario) and most importantly, getting you client feedback in a timely manner. Your dedicated consultant will be on hand at this exciting time and will handle all matters post-interview on your behalf, including any potential employment offers and/or salary negotiations.
