Victor Chase Legal Recruitment are looking looking to appoint a qualified fee earner to undertake a mixed case load of commercial and residential property work, based at our clients Team Valley, Gateshead office.
The successful candidate will play an active role in building and maintaining client relationships and promoting the department’s services to generate new business across the firm.
*Salary commensurate with experience*
Key responsibilities:
- Dealing with a portfolio of clients to provide a fully comprehensive service in a cost effective and efficient manner
- Caseload of commercial property files including sales, leases, rentals, contracts
- Assisting in the business development activities of the firm and generating new work
- Delivering an exceptional quality of service to clients
