Commercial Property Lawyer

Victor Chase Legal Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a Lawyer to join a successful and busy Commercial Property Team. We need a confident residential conveyancer with an interest in gradually taking on commercial property work, full training will be given.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid residential conveyancing knowledge looking to get into commercial property. We will accept CVs from paralegals, legal execs, NQ etc providing they have this experience.

Based in our Coventry office, citycentre, parking provided.

‍

Needs:

• minimum of 2 years’ experience in conveyancing sales
• Knowledge in purchases
• Knowledge of transfers of equity and re-mortgages

‍

Commercial Property experience would be an advantage but not essential.

‍

We are seeking applicants who are:

• Confident
• Proactive and have excellent interpersonal and IT/case management skills
• The ability to manage their own caseload and a good track record of delivering excellent client service and achieving targets.

We welcome applications from Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives or experienced Paralegals who are looking to progress their career. Support and training will be provided in commercial property for the successful candidate.
