Victor Chase Legal Recruitment are looking for solicitors of at least three years PQE to manage a caseload, offer some supervision and grow the department of a well established, nationally recognised Law Firm.

An interest in marketing the department would be beneficial.

We are looking for a candidate with drive and determination to deliver on an ever-increasing workload in a Conveyancer position at this Beaconsfield based office.

This enthusiastic candidate will have at least 3 years + PQE to join the property team and help its development and expansion. They will have an in depth knowledge of residential conveyancing, and transfers of equity is required.

This is an exciting role in a quality firm which offers career progression for the right candidate.

This role involves but not limited too:

  • Receiving instructions and providing legal advice to clients on purchase, sales, re-mortgage and transfer of equity matters
  • Mortgage redemptions
  • Ordering and reporting on searches
  • Checking and reporting of titles (including leases and raising associated enquiries)
  • Checking and reporting on mortgages
  • Checking and reporting on management packs
  • Unregistered land
  • Dealing with completion process
  • Managing and developing relations with referrers
