Victor Chase Legal Recruitment has received a fantastic opportunity with a leading, top ranked UK firm, for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their thriving and successful team in the city centre of Birmingham.

Our client is a highly esteemed, national firm with a distinguished reputation in Corporate Law throughout the UK. Their national team provide Corporate legal advice to an extensive and diverse client base in the manufacturing, retail and recruitment sectors and more.

The team are searching for a highly motivated Corporate Solicitor to work alongside the team, conducting their own case load of matters from mergers and acquisitions to shareholder agreements and private equity or joint venture matters.

Job Requirements:

• To be ideal for this role you will have between 3 - 6 years of experience PQE as a Corporate Solicitor and be willing to develop your skills in this area within a leading team.
