Victor Chase Legal Recruitment presents our client. a Legal 500, award-winning law firm based in Aldershot who are now looking for an experienced Family Solicitor to join their ever-expanding team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work remotely at all times and must hold a minimum of 5 years PQE alongside having the ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
The Family Solicitor will have the following responsibilities:
- Able to undertake your own caseload of privately funded family matters with minimal supervision.
- You will be required to manage a very busy Family department of the firm and will be required to nurture existing clients and bring in new business to the firm.
- This exciting position will encompass a broad range of family matters to include divorce, financial remedy, separation, civil partnerships, children arrangements, pre-nuptial agreements and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation disputes.
- In addition to this you will be involved in fascinating complex and high net worth family matters, some with an international element.
- Ideally you will already be a Resolution member, and Family Panel Membership or working towards would be advantageous here.
The successful candidate will be an accomplished Solicitor (5 year PQE minimum) who possesses strong client care and communication skills.
