Family Solicitor

Victor Chase Legal Recruitment are currently working with an award-winning, Top 50 law firm based in Birmingham. This firm is now looking for a Family Solicitor to join their ever-expanding team.

The Family Solicitor role will have the following responsibilities:

• Able to undertake your own caseload of privately funded family matters with minimal supervision.
• You will be required to provide assistance to a very busy Family department of the firm
• Required to nurture existing clients and bring in new business to the firm.

This exciting position will encompass a broad range of family matters, include; divorce, financial remedy, separation, civil partnerships, children arrangements, pre-nuptial agreements and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation disputes.

In addition to this you will be involved in a fascinating, complex and high net worth family matters, some with an international element.

The successful candidate will be an accomplished Solicitor (2 Year PQE minimum) who possesses strong client care and communication skills.
