Landlord and Tenant Solicitor

Victor Chase Legal Recruitment are currently working with a top 200 law firm who now after continued growth are now looking for a Landlord and Tenant Solicitor to join their expanding team on a permanent, full time basis.

About The Role:

Working with a Senior Associate Solicitor in the team you will have your own case load of residential landlord and tenant work.

Some of the areas you will work on include:

• A mixture of legal expenses insurance and private paying work
• Residential Evictions
• Landlord advice
• Notice preparation
• County court proceedings
• Rent arrears recovery

The successful candidate will have 0-2 years PQE and have access to the following benefits:
