You will be required to prepare your own bills and follow the costs process through to detailed assessment where necessary.
You will practice / client service and will ensure a consistent costs strategy is being utilised by all Fee Earners.
Experience of drafting bills of costs and budgets for Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence cases is essential along with cost negotiation and advocacy experience.
