Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Administrator to join our dynamic team on a part-time, remote basis. This role is ideally suited for an LLB graduate who is looking to gain valuable experience in the legal industry while maintaining flexibility in their work schedule. As a Legal Administrator, you will support our recruitment consultants and ensure the smooth operation of our daily processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update our candidate and client databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation and formatting of legal documents, contracts, and other materials as required.
  • Candidate Liaison: Communicate with candidates to schedule interviews, gather necessary documentation, and provide updates on their application status.
  • Research: Conduct research on potential candidates, law firms, and market trends to support the recruitment process.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with legal and company regulations, including data protection and confidentiality standards.
  • Additional Tasks: Assist with other administrative tasks and special projects as needed to support the team.

Key Requirements:

  • Educational Background: LLB graduate or equivalent legal qualification.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using online databases and recruitment software.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
