Post-Completion Assistant

We are searching for a candidate to fill a vacancy in the Commercial Real Estate/Real Estate Finance department of our London office for a post-completion assistant.

‍

Successful candidate must have:

• Previous experience acting in relation to real estate finance transactions (banking or real estate side).
• Previous experience with attending to Land Registry & Companies House post-completion matters.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with good attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills as they will be dealing with clients directly.
• Experience of working with case management systems
• High proficiency in all Microsoft office packages, familiar with the use of house styles and PDF editing software
• A high level of self-motivation, be hard working and have excellent organisational skills as they will be dealing with a large number of matters where efficiency and speed of response is key.
