Probate paralegal job summary:

• The collecting of information which will help elevate the case.

• Interview persons including families and others in regards with assets and inventories.

• Preparation of documents such as wills, pleadings, motions and other applications and requests.

• Maintaining a calendar to help your attorney stick to schedule when it comes to dates and deadlines for meeting and the filing of documents or entering motions.

• You may be required to file documents with the courts and others in a timely manner. Meaning you will be in discourse with court personnel such as probate clerks.
