The ideal candidate will have:

• A minimum of 2 years PQE or you will be a Licensed Conveyancer/CILEX with a good breadth of knowledge specialising in Residential Conveyancing.

You will be managing a varied caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters including:

• Sales and Purchase
• Freehold and Leasehold
• Shared ownership
• Help to buy and new build undertaking the process from instruction through to completion with minimal supervision
