Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Provide legal advice and support to clients throughout the transaction process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and procedures, including anti-money laundering, data protection, and client care.
- Mentor and support junior members of the team as required.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in residential conveyancing
- Excellent knowledge of residential conveyancing law and practices
- Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify and manage risk effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage a demanding workload
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
