RTA Litigator

Victor Chase Legal Recruitment are happy to be working with a well renowned Law firm that specialises in personal injury based in central Manchester. They cover every area of personal injury from public liability, occupier’s liability, road traffic accidents and more. This quality firm pride themselves in the work they do in helping injured people.

Due to their continued success and growth, they are currently seeking an additional RTA Fee Earner to join their Road Traffic Accidents department to assist in achieving the best possible results for their clients.

We are looking for a practical individual, who has a keen eye for detail and is always mindful of the greater picture. A candidate who can balance the needs of individual clients whilst also progressing their own caseload.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience handling a caseload of Claimant Personal Injury cases
• Experience dealing with predominately RTA cases
• Using Proclaim efficiently to run files
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• The ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients
• It is essential that you possess minimum 1-2 years’ Litigation experience
