Person Specification/Key Duties:

• Proven billing track record of handling a large caseload from cradle to grave
• Genuine tenacity. Confidence in dealing with and using the CPR to win
• Excellent client care ability, with a passion for achieving the best possible outcome for our clients
• Knowledge of Proclaim case management system
• Ability in taking initial calls and all relevant information over the phone and face to face
• Gathering all relevant information for the RTA claim
• Be able to respond to a high volume of emails on a daily basis
