We are seeking a Senior Associate Solicitor to join the Real Estate Commercial department in our Manchester office.

Our Client’s Real Estate Commercial Team deals with all legal aspects, from the acquisition, disposal, development,and letting & management of property. Including the financing of transactions, planning, construction, as well as property litigation matters.

Candidates should have experience in:

• Residential development from acquisition to site set-up
• conditional contracts
• options
• investment acquisitions and disposals
• History of good billing
• Excellent communication skills and personable
• landlord and tenant
